Hi all, In the light of what is going on re Covid 19, DART fundraising is going to have to be reconsidered. I'm not saying it can't be done at all but obviously you have to take into consideration that the ceilidh will most likely be cancelled and it may impact on planned crawls - this will obviously impact money raised. In addition, I'd say it's best to hold off before promoting crowdfunding until there is a clearer idea of what is going on. People are not necessarily going to want to give to a dance team right now - but potentially once the dust settles something along the lines of "we're looking past coronavirus to heading to DART". It's not a suitable thing to say at the moment but you might be able to do something later. I know what's happening is not the end of the world and life goes on, I think you just need to be sensitive as to how you approach it. Hope that's not too depressing!
