I'm off work sick, so won't be at practice tonight. Sorry for not giving more prior warning, I've only just felt OK enough to email.
I've lost my voice, my nose & eyes are leaking continuously & I look like a bubonic plague victim - pasty, blotchy & sweaty. In fact if anyone watched Poldark last night I think I've got the dreaded 'Putrid Throat'. ;-)
You may have heard me bragging before about how I never get ill. Well next time I do you have permission to remind me of this week!
