Hello all,
1. AGM (agenda, officers, location)2. Crawl signup and potential need for date change3. Sheffield Steel weekend accommodation and travel
1. AGMI finally have the AGM agenda written, please take a look at it and if there is anything you would like to be discussed please let me know so that I can edit it accordingly.
Officers please be aware that you need to present some sort of report to the team re the last year.
Should any one like to run for an officer position please be considering this up to the day- if you have any questions as to what is involved please do ask :) Also as Sinead will sadly be unable to lead any Trad progress as she is (very happily!) heading to university every Monday night, please consider if you would like to do this job! If we don't have any one to lead it we can't really compete with it at DERT, which seems a shame as the general impression I have got is we would like to compete again.
Please note the AGM will NOT be in Wetherspoons as it has every other time because they won't let us. I'm trying to investigate other rooms nearby so that we can start at 7 and be somewhere with drink and food available. If not it will be 7.30 start at normal practice venue, bring whatever liquid refreshment you feel you'll need!Signups-
2. CrawlPlease look at the next crawl as we've all been rather slack about signing up for it. I am aware that the rugby world cup is imminent which might make it hard to get into pubs. If we struggle with the 24th September the next good Tuesday would be 8th October as there isn't a game on, but for now I will leave it as the 24th.

3. SheffieldIf you are coming to Sheffield I am hoping you have all started to arrange transport! Steel are assembling in a pub on the Friday night waiting for us and then there is potential for a joint breakfast somewhere (probably another pub lol) and then crawling.
Currently the people I have who need accommodation on Friday and Saturday are:Me (and Ken), Katherine (and Simon??)
For just Saturday are:Janet, Ffion, possibly Lizzie and possibly Sue, Kate?
Hannorah, Hannah, Jo, Reesha and any of the above maybes I could really do with firm answers ASAP so please do let me know. It's only fair on Steel who are very kindly putting us up.
See you tomorrow!

Hello all, but in particular Laura S and Hannorah.
I've created a new album for the Blackheath day of dance. Please feel free to edit it if there are any you don't like or to do anything with them on twitter etc. I've done it rather quickly so might be worth scanning through them!
See you tomorrow night, promise I am working on AGM stuff as we speak!

So finally we have the plans for Saturday,
This is where we will be:11:00 Tower Hill, Pub: Liberty Bounds, 15 Trinity Square, London, EC3N 4AA13:30 St. Paul’s Cathedral: Dancing at the cathedral (2 stands) and at the Centre Page, 29-33, Knightrider St, Blackfriars, London, EC4V 5BH overlooking the cathedral – stands will interchange16:00 Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre (plus Centre Page/Founder’s Arms for those who do not want a dry spot)I will endeavor to figure out how best to get to each of these places as we're making our own way around.
Please aim to be at the the first spot for around 10.45, this allows some organisation time and wiggle room for us!
This should also leave plenty of time to get to C# house where we have now been told we're welcome to get in early and stay later :)
Thanks guys,
please get in touch if you have any questions.

Subject: [Tower Ravens] Trains for Sheffield
Hello all, thinking about Sheffield in October I perused the trains again which seem to be rocketing up in price. I highly suggest people look into buying them as soon as possible and using thetrainline.com as this seems to be a little cheaper. We should be getting some money towards subsidising the tickets anyway and I think the funds we have are hearty enough to help people who need it.
If you would need the subs for it very quickly please contact Sue directly.
Times wise I haven't got anything clear but basically we're arriving the evening of Fri 16th October and leaving the Sunday 18th. I don't think there are any plans in particular for the Sunday so you can probably leave as early or as late as you fancy. I don't think there are many plans on the Saturday until mid-day so if you would prefer to travel early that morning this should be ok too :)
Obviously if anyone is driving please get in touch ASAP if you are happy to give people lifts!

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry it's been a while, I hope you've all had a great summer. Mr. Bennet, IVFDF's development officer, has asked me if I know anyone who'd be willing to help run dance or music workshops with King's College Folk Society. If you're interested, or know anyone who might be I can put you in touch with their committee.
See you soon,Sinéad
