Hi everyone,
Unfortunately my friend Emily caught a virus so my new kit won't be ready for the crawl on Wednesday. I have Rachel's kit here in London so there's no worries there, but is there anyone who's not dancing on Wednesday & can lend me their kit on Monday? This should be the last time, fingers crossed.
Thank you,
Sinéad
Ok guys - round 2!
These are all sized as printing proofs, so between 4-6mm will be cut off
around the edges. This means that all the pictures/writing are places so
they will be pretty much on the edge. That's why they look slightly
squashed.
There are 12 possibilities on the attachment, numbered across in rows.
1-4 show possibilities for a 1-sided card, which work out slightly cheaper.
5-8 are the possibilities for the back.
9-12 are different colour dips that were suggested, with differing amounts
of blue and black.
At present, I've altered the image taken from below when we had the new
sword to create the lock, so it's not perfect. I though this gave it a bit
of authenticity rather than creating a geometrically perfect lock. The
image could be straightened up if you decided it was too wonky - but that
would take a little bit of time - thus why I've not done it now.
As usual, I've just done a range of ideas, to get us talking etc. Please
say what you like/don't like and we can go from there. Think about the
colour dips, the font, the spacings between text and images, the size of
the fonts etc etc.
If you like no 4's layout, but with no 12's colour dip - that can be
arranged fairly quickly.
I'll be on a train whilst you're at practise - so give me a ring at break
:-)

Hi all,
Just to say that my student loan has finally come in, so I can come back to practice on Monday.
I planned on being back last Monday but the money didn't appear until today!
I've been having trouble trying to sign up for dance outs, I'll try again today but I haven't been able to enter anything into my boxes the last few times I've tried.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing you all Monday!

Hi,
Nigel was going to take in the festival but has decided not to which means I am on the look out for a lift.
Maybe Sue has a space as I live in Balham?
See you all Monday to discuss. Going now I hope to get the pubs for 25th.
Cheers Janet
Morning all,
Just thought you might like to see this nice email I got from a colleague who I sent a Tower Ravens video too.

Hi, It all looks good to me but I prefer the double sided card.
The top right design number 10 for the front for the back number 8
The shade of the card as on the design of 10.

Hi all,
In order to get our business cards printed in time for next
Wednesday's crawl we need to make a decision by THIS FRIDAY so please
send round any comments asap! The business cards were in an email from Lindsey which came through on Monday morning - I can't send again because the file is too big so please refer to the previous email!
Thanks,
Ffion x
The Foxglove Trio's début CD, Like Diamond Glances, is now available from www.thefoxglovetrio.co.uk
There are lots of us going to Tenterden and apparently no train station in the town. Can anyone driving reply with their name and how many spaces they'll have?
Ffion - max 1 space (on account of Patrick and cello), going down Saturday afternoon, coming back Sunday around the M25 getting off at Enfield so probably only useful for Josie.
Hi everyone,
Another good practice last night making progress on the new dance. I reckon we'll have it ready for Tenterden. Next week we'll go from nut (where we ended last night) into fast & loose, choker then windmills to end so have a think about those figures during the week if you can!
We decided that none of the days Cinquefoil suggested would suit us as we'd only just be able to get a team together and we'd like to have as many people as possible take part. I've put 3 Saturdays in early 2014 in the sheet. Please fill it in as soon as possible so we can get back to cinquefoil with some other suggested dates. Please also fill in your availability for the AGM dates. I tried to change Emma to Katherine (seeing as we haven't seen Emma for a while) but couldn't. Is this an admin only thing? Katherine, for now I suggest you put your availability in the Emma column! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AvM6rY7GMmOGdF9vYVIwaXBmXzViSzM…
