In order to get a debit card for the team, we need to adapt our current constitution.  I've attached the current one and some proposals for amendment with possible changes in red.  Could you please read them both carefully and consider any possible ramifications?

NB I need a debit card, ironically, to enable me to pay cash in at a Post Office, since all 3 of my local branches of HSBC have recently closed.  It would also be beneficial for occasional use, such as buying an occasional round of drinks or putting money on Oyster cards.  At present this has to be done through someone's personal account and then claimed back from the Ravens.  I don't mind that in the slightest, but it seems rather more transparent and ethical to do it directly from the Ravens' account.
