Thanks Hannorah. Last time we tried 7 there were 3 people ready on time and we didn't have a team until after 7:30, I think maybe its a bit too soon after work for everyone to get to the starting pub and change in time.

Unless several people think that they can get to the pub and ready for 7, I reckon we should meet at 7 and do the first dance at 7:30 (at the latest). We haven't been managing this lately, so if possible it would be really good if everyone can be in the pub, fully changed and ready to go BEFORE 7:30. As Hannorah says, the sooner we start the more Christmassy pub we will be able to visit :)
