[Tower Ravens] TR dance at Cecil Sharp House?

Hello all, As you can imagine, I've been ranting on about Tower Ravens and DERT at work for the past week. Well, on the back of that, I've been asked whether Tower Ravens would be interested in performing at Cecil Sharp House as part of their May in a Day festival. It's a family folk event, so expect lots of children... (Apologies if that's put you off http://www.cecilsharphouse.org/component/content/article/21-shared/shared-e…) They suggested TR performing perhaps from about 3pm and were thinking we'd just do a block of dances. I explained that we had at max. 4 dances, and that ideally we'd want a break between each dance and that this is usually achieved when 2 or more teams dance together. I asked whether they had invited any other dance teams - they said no. I'm not sure if they will, but if you think the pressure is too much for one team to take then I could advise more strongly that they do so, so that we can take it in turns to dance. They asked what our fee was! I don't think we can demand too much, but could ask for a little to go towards expenses. Is this something anyone would like to do? I've added this to the sign-up sheet (apologies Becky for treading on your toes). The 9th is only next week, and so they need an answer pretty quickly - this week really. Let me know! Laura x
