[Tower Ravens] St Patrick's Day musician request

Hi All My friend is a prison warden at HMP Bovingdon near Hemel Hempstead. She's the Diversity Officer & responsible for organising cultural activities for prisoners. On 17th March she's organising a St Patrick's Day event, she's got an Irish historian, but would like some Irish musicians (or non-Irish musicians playing Irish music). They can only cover expenses, rather than pay a fee. She says there'll be PR ops (!!) but moreover I guess it's an exercise in civic duty. Does anyone know any musicians who could help?
