Hi all,
I've made a few comments/adjustments to the AGM agenda, initialled in blue,
to get the discussion going. I think the main thing I've put that ought to
be addressed beforehand is the Chair of the meeting - I propose that it
ought to be somebody who isn't Organiser, Secretary or Treasurer and
therefore can be a bit more neutral. I further propose Jo or Sue to be
good candidates. What do you think?
I would like to stand for Secretary and Treasurer (I'm aware that I can
only have one, but which one depends on who else wants to stand for what!).
Who else is standing for what?

You should also be able to edit the document. Please add any discussion
points you'd like to raise with your name next to it. Please also take a
look at the tasks assigned to each position and add any facets of the job
you think are missing. We can discuss the positions before the elections to
check that everyone thinks the tasks are correctly allocated.
If you think you'd like to stand for a position feel free to talk to any
of us about what the position entails. With the exception of leader,
secretary and treasurer you can stand for more than one position e.g. this
year Nikki was secretary as well as cake monitor. I've attached last
year's minutes and the minutes from the EGM we held after DERT 2013.
