Please find the agenda for the AGM next Monday attached - I'll bring a few copies with me on Monday. I've also attached an outline description of each of the current committee roles for those of you that are new. Also attached are the minutes from last years AGM, along with the minutes from the EGM earlier this year. If you could all read it in advance of the AGM to avoid us having to read it out at the start to ratify it and I will sort a brief summary of what has been done / not done from these, which should help on the day.

If you currently hold a role on the committee, please prepare a brief report/update for the day (thanks Sue for already doing yours!).

In terms of the evening itself, if you are able to, please come for 1915 - we can get things set up for a prompt 1930 start. Feel free to bring snack and drinks to help the evening go by. We'll do our best to go through everything as efficiently as possible - in the hands of the chair! - but it usually goes on a bit longer than our usual practice end time.

If you are not able to make it on Monday, but have things that you would like raised, comments you would like to make etc. please email me or Becky and we'll make sure they are covered in the meeting (Ideally before 1800 on Monday).
