Hello all,

Please see attached flyer to explain what's happening on Saturday:

We're actually dancing around 9.15-9.30 time although he has said not to worry about it too exactly. Although I figure being there for that time shouldn't be too hard!

I've included his message to show how much he has emphasised the team are invited to the whole evening and aren't just there as slaves to entertain. I appreciate that people might not be able to go for the whole thing but it'd be nice if there are some ravens around for most of it in some shape or form.

He's slotted us in for 15 mins but don't think we need to be too exact. We can try and eek out our introductory chatter for both dances and that should be enough.

Katherine do you want me to ask Mike if there would be a musician available?

Hi Becky
First of all I just want to thank you and all of the Ravens for coming and dancing at my party. I'm really pleased you agreed to come and I have no doubt that everyone will love what you do. And please consider yourselves part of the party and enjoy the evening - not just there to do your Rapper. 


Attached is a copy of the little informal flyer we're going to hand out to people when they arrive so that everyone has an idea of what to expect. This should tell you what you need to know and the timings should be considered as guidelines only. A few minutes either way are unimportant so the Ravens can take whatever time you feel like - the times shown were just my guess.


Any problems or questions please come back to me.
