Hi all,

I'm sorry but I'm feeling really ill today and am about to go home from work sick so I won't make it tonight. I checked the timetable and I think tonight is getting the 5 people up to speed on the new dance so hopefully I won't be missed. I'll make sure to watched the video of the new one before the next practice.

Thanks to everyone who came to the extra practice last night. We made a lot of progress on the new dance. Here's a video of us walking through what we've got so far.
