I have just confirmed us for Whitby as we now have enough of us to commit. We don't need exact numbers just yet, so anyone else that would like to go, please do add yourselves and we'll worry about partner tickets etc. at a later stage. Watch this
space.. Woop woop, we're going to Whitby! ☺
Don't forget we have the crawl on Thursday around Waterloo, most likely starting in the Crown and Cushion (closest tube Lambeth North). First dance is at 1930, so please be there and in kit by 1915 so we can have a prompt start. As Becky mentioned
there is only 1 cubicle in the pub, so if changing there, maybe factor that into your arrival time.

Please sign up to all the things we have been invited to in 2019 one way or another. It might seem like a long time away, but for them to plan these events they do need to know fairly soon. All of them want to know by Christmas, others much sooner. I appreciate
that there are several in a row and that we are unlikely to do all of them, so if free for several, please mark a preference when filling yourself in or some kind of comment of not adjacent weekends or whatever if you don't mind. If you are unsure what any
of them involve, please shout as you may not be the only one, and I can then provide some more info... Also
DERT replies by end of November please including whether you would like to bring anyone (doesn't matter whether you are dancing/spectating/turning cartwheels just that you want to be there)

Hammersmith are 60 - 13th July 2019. Dancing around Putney, Wimbledon and Hammersmith. Probably starting at 11 and finishing in Lyric Square in Hammersmith at 6.

Sue has reimbursed everyone some money for various festivals over the summer - please check your accounts this week and if you have any queries get in touch with her.
If you have spent any money on behalf of Ravens, please let Sue knwo this week so this can also be sorted.
And, finally, if you need to pay subs (and aren't already), please do so and set up your standing orders for 1st Nov - again any queries/concerns please ask Sue.
If you could all do this as soon as possible if it applies to you that would be great so Sue can sort out the end of year accounts and produce her treasurers report...
Which brings me onto the AGM - I will be sending out an Agenda very soon, so you can add any extra items you wish / start drafting responses if you are unable to make it and want to have your say.
