I also know you're general totally on top of these things so apologies if this is an unneccessary reminder!

Subject: Re: [TR Committee] OPEN MORRIS SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TOR 260 - REMINDER

Dear Tower Ravens

I wrote to you at the beginning of December inviting your side to
renew its membership of Open Morris for 2017. Attached to the email
was a copy of a blank Side Record Sheet to be completed and returned
together with payment, or details of how payment will be made. To date
I have not received your completed form.

Your Public Liability Insurance through Open Morris will expire on
25th January 2017 if your membership is not renewed.

Please return the form and payment as soon an possible to ensure
continuing insurance cover. If there are no changes to your contact
and other details, just state that on the form rather than completing
all the boxes. Standing orders and bank transfers should be made by
15th January 2017.

2017 Subscription Rates are in my original email below; - rates
increase by 10 after 31st January.

I look forward to hearing from you quite soon; please ignore this
email if your form/payment is in the post.

Best wishes
