Update: I think I've managed to book a pub for this. The bar lady said it should be OK and the manager would call me if it isn't... Assuming I don't get a call from the manager we're going to the smaller of the two upstairs rooms at the *Albert Arms*. The nearest tube is Elephant and Castle but it's also close to Waterloo, Southwark, Borough and Lambeth North. http://www.albertarms.co.uk/find-us They do nice (bit slightly expensive) tapas food and decent drinks. Please buy at least a drink otherwise we might get charged for the room hire. At practice a few weeks ago we agreed on the date of 4 November which is next Wednesday. I'm currently trying to find a pub. I had hoped to book the Sekeford in Farringdon but the internet tells me it's closed down!! I'll try some other places with upstairs rooms this week. Do you want to make it 7.30pm like practice time or does anyone want to request it be earlier/later? I probably can't get there until 8 but you can start without me.
