Lindsey asked how long we've got left to perfect the new dance before Thrales days (invitations will be sent this week apparently) and the answer is 7 weeks. However, 1 week is our open practice week and another we'll need to spend mostly on making sure everything's looking good ahead of Tenterden. Below is the plan for the next 3 weeks. You'll see that I'd like to experiment with having 7 people in the set at the end of the new dance which means we need a Betty! Would anyone like to volunteer? Similarly, if anyone would like to have a go at Tommying let me know. I don't think Sue can come to Tenterden so it would be good to have one or two more people willing to do a bit of shouting at the crowds! ALSO, a reminder that we need more teachers!
