I'm afraid it's looking unlikely that I'll make practice tonight - work again.
Sorry I haven't been there much recently, I'm hoping to be better after the bank holiday - work should be less hectic then and I have new migraine tablets so fingers crossed those reasons don't keep me away again!
I shall run through in my head so I'm not too useless when I return!
