Hiya,

if you know how to move them, I'm happy to do so.  The Google drive should have all privileges that everybody else has anyway.

Good thought about the password protecting.  I don't know how to put a password on a Google doc, but what I can do is invite everybody explicitly and disable the link.  If you know how to do passwords, let me know.  I've had a quick look but can't figure it out.

Also - I think the contact details list should be under password or restricted to the team members only. It can be a low-security 'TowerRavens' password - but I don't like the idea of it being just a link that anyone can open.
