So... It turns out I thought Ffion and Laura's gig was the 4th Sept but it's not
so in that case I have totally double booked myself for this evening and can't make
it. Boo! Have a fantastic evening and sorry not to be there.

haven’t made many practices this month, the last few weeks have been chaotic (and
I can’t make it tonight as I’m viewing a house) but it’s all settling down now
and I should be able to make normal practices again from next week.

I've created a draft new dance which is at the end of this email. I'm sure it will

In this practice I'd like to focus mostly on the new dance - getting 5 people all the
way through with music then teaching more people some of the figures. We might also do
some work on stepping.
