Hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend and are looking forward to more rapper on Monday! We'll also have some new people coming along on Monday - possibly as many as three!
1. May and Festivals
30th May crawl & City by the River Festival - we will be doing a spot at 1830 and may have time for a couple of dances before the choir go on at 1845 - so we'll be opening the festival! After that time to hit the pubs... more details in a couple of weeks.
Warwick, hopefully you've all seen my email about tickets - please respond if you need to. Still lacking in plus one info for the maybes... and anyone else in the yeses that forgot... I will start chasing in person if I need to.
We'll also need to do the same for Whitby in the next couple of weeks, though Whitby partner tickets are free for the week, so I am happier about making assumptions on these. All the same, please check that you've mentioned plus ones if you want to bring them as I am not currently capable of guessing this.
2. It's Doodle Time!
DoD - I think most people have now filled in Rachel-Anne's doodle poll for availability in June, if you haven't please do this asap:
I've put together a doodle poll for a date for clog practice here, this should cover all Tuesday and Thursday evenings in June except our crawl night on 27th June. I haven't specified an exact time, we'll worry about this later, we'll also need to find a venue... which might take a while, so please fill in asap.
3. New Invites:
Thrales have invited us to their 25th birthday party! So a whole weekend of partying this year!
Friday, welcome drinks at 7 in a pub, Saturday pub tour, probably around Soho during the day and somewhere else in the evening, and finally Sunday a day of dance finishing at 4 with all the other teams (probably similar to usual, but a bit bigger!) If you can't make the whole thing, that's ok, just note on the sign-up sheet which you can do otherwise we'll assume both days. 8th-10th November
Mabel Day 1st December - the usual Christmass-y fun in Oxford.
