Hi All,
Please find the agenda for Monday 26th March attached. If you have any
items that you would like added to the agenda please let me know by 25th
March. I also attach the minutes from the AGM last November, the actions
are summarised at the bottom of this email with current progress (I'll
update and bring to the meeting) to speed through this part of the meeting.
If you could read the minutes in advance (or at least the bullet points)
that would be much appreciated so that we don't have to read the whole
thing out!
Additionally if you are unable to make the EGM / might be a bit late and
have thoughts / comments etc. on any of the items that you would like
expressed please send these to me as well and I will ensure that they are
read out (alternatively Becky if for some reason you would rather not send
them to me).
If you haven't filled in the sign-up sheet to say whether you can make this
date, please do, especially if you think you will be unable to make it.

On the day, feel free to bring any snacks and drinks that you might want to
help smooth the proceedings along - we'll try and be as efficient as we can
to make the most of Item 12 - Party!
Thanks,
Hannah
