2. DERT: Application for DERT dance, Traditional dance and spectators.

1. Thanks to those of you who came to the AGM, it was really worthwhile and we got through a lot of stuff. I will email the minutes round once I've had a chance to write them up, hopefully tomorrow. If you weren't there and are uncertain of anything please do ask and I can hopefully clear it up!

2. DERT:

We decided that we should try entering the Trad competition as well, so need an additional 5x people to be competing- so please consider this if deciding to go.

Everyone present at the AGM said they are interested in coming to DERT in some capacity:

If Lindsey and Jo could turn these into a definite yes or no by the end of THIS Sunday (16th November) it gives Ffion some time to decide who is best suited for the teams.

If you would like to be considered for dancing, or want to go as a spectator (which the teams really need to keep them going through the day!!) please e-mail Ffion to let her know, including which dance (DERT or Trad) you would like to be considered for.

If you want to go as a spectator we still need to know by the end of Sunday as all ticketed members have to be named in the application. If you do not confirm I assume you can still come but will probably be unable to join in with the evening event.
