A. Definitely want to compete in one of the categories but don't mind which one (please say if you'll only attend if you can compete)

b. Only want to dance in the DERT competition

c. Only want to dance in Trad competition

d. Only want to dance if in both

e. Only want to spectate

f. Want to bring a spectator with you

g. Do not want to or will be unable to attend
