I think the first picture looks best, and I am on the side of removing
that last line. It doesn't look as good written down as it sounds
said out loud!

In the cold light of day I'm wondering whether the last sentence comes
across as witty or just a bit sad. Perhaps we want to keep the crow and
raving jokes for the Tommy routine. Anyone have opinions on this?
