Thanks for attempts at charity organising! I've only just got back from Newcastle
tonight so have been a bit too out of the loop to be useful, and back at work tomorrow so
nowhere near Stratford.
Hannah if you can't get it done for any reason let me know asap and I'll do it
first thing in the morning.
Sue just let us know if you're late/can't make it, one of us will attempt to fill
your shoes for the night!

necessary details? I can't see the form you mention, possibly because I'm on my
iPad.

Very annoying because I could easily get to Stratford (spell check below altered it to
Stafford!) tomorrow under normal circumstances. However I don't know if I mentioned
about my car being broken into last weekend. I'm overwhelmed with trying to get it
all sorted and I have a mechanic coming tomorrow at an unspecified time to install a new
battery, so I have to be in.
He's fitting it in after all his booked appointments and may not arrive until the
evening, in which case I may be late for the crawl. Worse still, I may possibly not make
it at all. But that's unlikely. I very much hope that I don't let you down too
badly.

dancing looks amazing!
We’re absolutely thrilled to have your support and would love to help in any way we can
with your fundraising. Could you just fill in the attached collection tin form and return
it to me (by email is fine). Alternatively we have cardboard collection tins you can
order, or we can send a label you can put on your own bucket/collection tin – just let me
know what suits you best?
I’m not sure if your event is next Thursday or tomorrow, in which case we might not be
able to get the tins to you in time but if you could get that form back to me I can get
the tins out asap.
We send our fundraisers a Mind t-shirt for free, so if you would like one please let me
know which size you would like (S-XXL). For additional t-shirts we ask for a donation of
£5 per t-shirt to cover manufacturing and postage costs, this is so that we can spend all
the money you raise on helping everyone with a mental health problem. Additional t-shirts
can be purchased by calling our Supporter Services team on 0300 999 3887.
I could also send you a materials pack that contains posters, balloons, flags, leaflets,
banners and a cardboard money box if that might be useful for you?
