I think Rachel has a valid point here about chairing the meeting. I feel impartial (hope I'm not deceiving myself) and I would have a stab at chairing it, but it would be great to offer it to Jo, since she didn't have any specific role last year and she'd do it well. And I have the wardrobe responsibility (mistress is an odd term, but I can't suggest an alternative). Unless anyone else would like to take on kit responsibility, of course...... Haven't read Rachel's other suggestions yet, but Ffion has done a brilliant job, as ever, getting the ball rolling. Thanks to you both. I'd certainly propose or second Rachel for Secretary or Treasurer. Really looking forward to Sunday 😊 although I fear my double entendres will be thin on the ground. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd gladly take them up. I think the main thing I've put that ought to be addressed beforehand is the Chair of the meeting - I propose that it ought to be somebody who isn't Organiser, Secretary or Treasurer and therefore can be a bit more neutral. I further propose Jo or Sue to be good candidates. What do you think? I would like to stand for Secretary and Treasurer (I'm aware that I can only have one, but which one depends on who else wants to stand for what!). Who else is standing for what? See you Sunday.
