Hi Laura,
Yes, we read the relevant bits from the absentee emails as we got to each
discussion point, so your voice was definitely heard!
I think regarding the traditional dance, the feeling was that flexibility
on the Jubilee and a new flashy festival dance were higher priority and
would probably take all the available time. I think if we bring it up
again in 6 months / a year, it's likely to be accepted.
From a size point of view, it was something that we
felt we needed to be
conscious of, but wasn't an issue yet. Again, one to
monitor for 6 months,
we thought.
