Hi everyone

A friend has sent this and she's more than happy if I share it with you, in case anyone is interested:

Odd request, but one of my teams looks after recruitment for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and they are holding their annual meeting in London this year.
We need a lot of people for a few days work and I wondered if it would be of interest to anyone you know? There would be a fair amount of standing so would need to be ok with that,  but I thought I’d share just in case you know of anyone.
If you’re interested please email my colleague Annmarie Michael on michaela@ebrd.com
The bank itself is very quirky so it might be fun!

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will be hosting the biggest event in the Bank’s calendar from the 10th to the 14th May.

What we do - https://www.ebrd.com/what-we-do.html
Who we are - https://www.ebrd.com/who-we-are.html

The actual event will take place from the13th to the 14th May however some temps depending on their job title, will be required from the 10th to the 14th May.   Attached lists the jobs and dates required.  Essentially the main event will be held at the EBRD offices close to Liverpool St., however four other sites close to the Bank, will also be used.

In all I need to hire 52 temps and maybe 10 on reserve, broken down as follows:

26 Meeting Room Attendants (10th to 14thMay)

7  Directional staff (10th to 14th May)

2 *Virtual Staff Assistants  (Tuesday 12th – 14th May)

3 *Marketing and Sponsorship Assistants (Monday 11th – 14th May)

14 Registration Assistants (11th to 14thMay)

*same job description for General Assistants

Pay: Up £120 per day gross and time and a half for Sunday workers

The pre-employment screening will be minimal, i.e. proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar dated in the last 3 months) proof of right to work (passport), credit check process (managed in-house) and evidence of three months activities.

This position would suit someone with good customer service skills, preferably with previous event management experience and another European language, would be an absolute bonus.
