8 in prem, 6 in championship, 4 in open. That's against their own rules:

Where the equal division cannot be made space available will be weighted towards the Open Category

It probably works out ok to us - not too many prem teams to deal with - but it's a bit harsh that Thrales have been delegated but not Sheffield and Goarsach.
