Thanks Hannah for the draft minutes.

At the EGM we agreed to aim to go to DART 2020 (like DERT but in America), with most people at the meeting expressing personal interest in attending, whilst recognising the difficulty in committing for definite this far in advance.

As mentioned, DART 2020 is likely to be in Minnesota, in the “Twin Cities” Minneapolis and Saint Paul. I'm in contact with the prospective organisers - they expect a decision about hosting DART for definite in the next couple of months. The date also isn't confirmed, although it'll be late October or early November. They're super-excited about the prospect of Ravens coming over.

DART usually has roughly the same format as DERT although it's smaller. I guess we'd probably look at going over there for a week before or afterwards, and coordinate some activities (dance outs, visits etc) with local groups.

I'm very happy to coordinate this, but over time I'm going to need some help with various bits and pieces, so please consider whether you're able to help as requested.

There's one thing that we agreed at the meeting we're going to need to start looking at quite soon. It's really important that no-one in the team is excluded on the grounds of cost, so we need to look carefully at fundraising. This could include crawls, sponsorship, crowd funding... or anything else we haven't thought of. Would you be willing to lead on this? Let me know!
