Just a reminder that we will have our AGM on Monday, I've reattached the Agenda and the minutes from last year as I think those were missing.

If you could have a read of these ahead of Monday that would be a great help.

If anyone can't make it and would like anything raised or commented in the meeting please let me or Becky know.

I think Hannorah's link has expired now, so am afraid we'll need to jump in and out of the link below. As we don't usually have everyone until about 8 I'd propose starting the AGM then, but please try to arrive before. The zoom link is for 1930 so catch-ups before are encouraged ☺ (I'm generally expecting this to be a bit shorter than our usual AGMs!)

In terms of the agenda, we've kept it shorter this year, though if there is anything that you feel we should discuss let me know and I'll add it in. In terms of officer reports, again I've suggested we only do three of these, but if an officer would like to give a report or you would like an update from one of the roles, again let me know. 

The one thing I would like you all to consider is our proposal that officers remain in place if they are willing to do so, until such time as we are able to practice again. However, if you are an officer and would like to step down, please feel free to - and we will elect someone to take over. 

I've also attached the minutes from last year's AGM, if you could read through those before 23rd as well, that will make the ratifying of the minutes a little smoother! The action points are below - though not expecting us to have made progress on a number of these given the fact that we only had 3 or 4 months of normal stuff after the last one!
