I personally have felt excluded and frustrated at the fact I did not have a single practise session with the DERT set as number 1. This is particularly apparent at number 1. A re-distribution of resources is required - or you wind up with some weeks that there are so many of a certain number that they just don't get a chance to dance, but you have nobody at a different number.
