We have been discussing going as a jelly fish swarm as our fancy dress for Whitby. I've attached some pictures of examples for reference. 

I am thinking of a skirt (and possibly something around the shoulders) as the arms (tentacles). Then either a padded and covered sombrero or an umbrella as the head, decorated with lights tendrils and tentacles. Then maybe some face paint too. 

Key questions are:

Do we want to make them in Ravens colours? Or maybe different colours?

Do we want to wear hats or hold umbrellas? I did a quick costing and there isn't much in it in terms of one being cheaper.
