Didn't want to distract you from what I imagine are frantic wedding plans, but since I'm replying anyway, we made £77.10 plus 1 euro on Thursday's crawl.  Still have to transfer it from my account, but will do so soon (but see below).

Sinead is now in the process of organising her kit and I've finished the first draft of the kit booklet.  I've also ordered some more black fabric and sash lining, so I'll wait to subtract the cost of that from the takings, if that makes sense and you approve.  The aim is always to have enough fabric in stock to make 1 or 2 complete outfits, so that we don't have a repeat of recent difficulties.  Sinead still has your kit.  We assume that you won't need it in the next 4 weeks! (But let me know if that's not the case).

Cinquefoil want to know if we're interested in an all-day crawl with them sometime this autumn.  I think it could fun if we could get a side together.  I've put the suggested dates on the spreadsheet, but we can obviously go back to them with better alternatives.

Further to my text conversation with Rachel, Cinquefoil Rapper are hoping to join Tower Ravens for a crawl in London.  One of our former members has moved to work in a pub in London so it would be nice if we could make a surprise stop off there too?

 

The dates I have proposed to Cinquefoil are as below:

 

Saturday 5th October

Saturday 19th October

Saturday 26th October

Saturday 9th November

Saturday 30th November

 

We were thinking of a Thrales b’day style crawl, all day into the evening until we fall apart!  Good fundraiser for our teams, splitting 50:50 after travel costs if that’s ok?

 

Let me know about the dates, if we need to look further ahead then so be it.

 

Would you be able to sort pubs or do we just turn up and ask on the day?
