Thanks for the suggestion Ffion. I've put the following together (based on
the existing version) - it could probably do with a little polishing
though. Could I have comments by then end of Sunday noon please as I would
like to have this done and dusted by the end of the weekend.

formal training, the Ravens will be flying North to visit some of their
wild counterparts in the Lake District for a relaxing weekend of dancing
and drinking in Kendal. Mint cake anyone? "

Any suggestions welcome! Otherwise it'll probably end up pretty similar
but changing the ref to Manchester to something a bit more Kendal-y.
