I've been bending my head around subsidising DERT costs in a fair way. Our usual policy is to reimburse half of travel costs, although this weekend there were hotel costs as well.

The hotel cost £89.10 per person. The trains cost between £68 and £87 per person. To make life simpler for me, I suggest that the ravens account pays for the hotel, and individuals pay for their travel. This means that everyone will get at least half of their costs covered - some will have slightly more than half their costs covered. 

We can discuss this tonight, if there is an alternative way to split up the costs then I'm open to hearing about it.

There are a couple of people who's costs ended up not in the ranges above - I'll speak to you separately about how you want to settle up.
