[Tower Ravens] Sidmouth - doodle-y-oo

Hi All, Really excited about us going to Sidmouth - it's going to be great! Two very important things to follow which could do with urgent attention, so please keep reading all the way to the end :) At the moment, the events that we are definitely down to do are as follows: Ceilidh interval spot at the Blackmore Gardens on Tuesday Night Morris Party Wednesday night Chance to Meet with Whip the Cat probably Friday lunchtime If there are any of these that you object to doing, please let Becky know. Following on from discussions at the EGM, we decided to do some extra practices to make sure we're all up to speed, which would also include trying out the clog dance Ellie has in mind. Could you therefore all fill in the doodle asap so we can get them booked in - we don't necessarily need to have everyone there and not everyone needs to go to every single one. For the time being these are Saturday's that we are able to use our practice hall for. We will all get a free pass for the week (as we are dancing the whole week). We may bring one adult spouse/partner each (plus any children) who will get a pass as well. Camping is free for team members, and £10 for the week for guests (or £5 for four days). Alternatively if anyone wants to bring a caravan then you will need to pay £20. If you could all fill in the attached spreadsheet for yourself (and partner if relevant) by 20th April please (before would be nice though!) so I can compile everything. Should be an easy job!
