Hi All,
For anyone travelling by car to Whitby from the West (on A64 from M1) please be aware that the traffic is heavier than usual due to Countryfile Live being at Castle Howard from now until Sunday. If possible it's best to avoid the A64 as there are tail backs to York, and possibly beyond, which can add up to an hour and a half to your journey!
