Coming into this a bit late (or as you seemed to have reached a sensible consensus, may be coming into it at the best time!)

26th October sounds good. Without checking, I remember we had a 'Halloween crawl' in for 31st October, so we could do 26th instead of that.

I'm totally happy to organise pubs. We can discuss where's best, & ensure we're not going to the same areas as Thrales would be on 9th Nov. 

One thing I would say, & this isn't meant to sound mean, but splitting funds 50:50 is totally fair, however doubt there'll be loads left 'after travel costs' for 5+ people to & from Leicester. I'm not bothered as of course it's more for the fun of it, just thought I'd say.

I'm not sure that it would be rude to conflict with Thrales, since neither side would be invited on the Saturday - and we could choose a different area.  However it would make a very rapper-heavy weekend.  And I think we need a strong side out on the Sunday, so we might be unwise to consider that Saturday from a variety of perspectives.

However, if Cinquefoil intend to invite themselves on the Sunday, they may wish to make a weekend of it .......

Sinead is now in the process of organising her kit and I've finished the first draft of the kit booklet.  I've also ordered some more black fabric and sash lining, so I'll wait to subtract the cost of that from the takings, if that makes sense and you approve.  The aim is always to have enough fabric in stock to make 1 or 2 complete outfits, so that we don't have a repeat of recent difficulties.  Sinead still has your kit.  We assume that you won't need it in the next 4 weeks! (But let me know if that's not the case).

Further to my text conversation with Rachel, Cinquefoil Rapper are hoping to join Tower Ravens for a crawl in London.  One of our former members has moved to work in a pub in London so it would be nice if we could make a surprise stop off there too?
 
The dates I have proposed to Cinquefoil are as below:
 
Saturday 5^th October
Saturday 19^th October
Saturday 26^th October
Saturday 9^th November
Saturday 30^th November
 
We were thinking of a Thrales b’day style crawl, all day into the evening until we fall apart!  Good fundraiser for our teams, splitting 50:50 after travel costs if that’s ok?
 
Let me know about the dates, if we need to look further ahead then so be it.
 
Would you be able to sort pubs or do we just turn up and ask on the day?
