Hi Rachel Sheridan
We are quickly approaching the 8th of March where you have chosen to join us at what promises to be an exciting DERT 2014 and we are looking forward to seeing you.
Please find attached to this email details for your competition and some basic information to get you there. If you need further information please look on the website or contact us at info@dert2014.co.uk. You will be provided with a pack on arrival with further information about the day.
To confirm, we have allocated to you the following

Tickets for the event: 14
Tickets for indoor camping: 0

Please be advised that the evening showcase has sold out and no more tickets are available beyond your allocation. It is possible that tickets may become available on the day due to absence. Queries regarding this should be directed to the ticket offices as outlined below. You do not require any tickets for any of the day events including DERTy and Spotlight competitions.
You have infomed us that you are entering the following teams:

Tickets and welcome packs will be available for collection at the following locations and times:

Friday 7th March (6pm till 10:30pm) - City of Leeds School
City of Leeds School,Bedford Field,Woodhouse Cliff,Leeds,LS6 2LG
Saturday 8th March (10:30am to 5.30pm) - The Wardrobe
The Wardrobe, St. Peter’s Square, Leeds, LS9 8AH

Please check that the above information is correct and inform us immediately at info@dert2014.co.uk if there are any discrepencies.
Finally, can all teams entering the traditional competition submit the dances that they will be performing to info@dert2014.co.uk in order that we can collate notations and prepare the judges appropriately for your dance(s)
