Morris sides and
other display teams
at
Tenterden Folk Festival 2013
Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th October
Hi all,
This is just a quick email to confirm that your Morris side, dance team of other display
team is on the list as confirmed to attend Tenterden Folk Festival 2013. Also see the
"Action required" bellow.
The full list as it stands at present looks really exciting and is as follows;

Kappivvy, Priory Morris, Rampant Rooster, Ravensbourne Morris Men, Rising Larks, Royal
Liberty Morris, Shalesbrook Morris, Tanglefoot Appalachian Cloggers, Tower Ravens Rapper,
USO 1940’s Dancers, Wolf's Head and Vixen Morris, Woodchurch Morris Men and Wychling

We can still squeeze a few more sides in, especially on Sunday, so if you know any you
would recommend or can invite do let us know.
Actions required:
Free tickets:
We are still offering free Weekend Tickets to dance side and their musicians. The
Weekend Tickets covers all events on Friday to Sunday but do not include the Thursday
evening concert which is a special fund raising event. Due to demand we may have to limit
these free tickets so remember to let us know the names of your members that would like a
free ticket as soon as possible, or NOW.
Camping:
The camp site will again be available from Thursday to Monday with added toilets, water
tank (not guaranteed suitable for drinking) and road mats in case it is wet. You need to
book and pay for camping in advance.
Current prices are as follows but this early bird offer ends on 31st August so do not
miss out.
Per caravan or camper-van £20.00
Per Tent £18.00
Indoor camping:
We are also able to offer limited indoor camping to dancers taking part in the Festival.
Space is very limited so you will need contact us to to book in advance.
Free Parking:
We hope be able to offer a limited number of free parking spaces just a short walk out of
town. These will be allocated at our discretion and limited to only two or three spaces
per side so let us know if your side would like some spaces. There is pay and display
parking in the town centre and K&ES RaiIway alsa now charge for parking.
