First of all I just want to thank you and all of the Ravens for coming and dancing at my party. I&#39;m really pleased you agreed to come and I have no doubt that everyone will love what you do. And please consider yourselves part of the party and enjoy the evening

Attached is a copy of the little informal flyer we&#39;re going to hand out to people when they arrive so that everyone has an idea of what to expect. This should tell you what you need to know and the timings should be considered as guidelines only. A few minutes
