I couldn't open the spreadsheet in edit mode, but I did reply with my
availability to the other email thread.. there was only one I could do iirc.

At the moment there are no extras and no musician. Nikki / Fred, are you
available? The only way of having an additional dancer would be if Josie
can make it.
Would you be happy to do the event if Josie can't make it? I'll see some
of Thrales tonight at the Teacups gig so, if we can get a musician, I'll
tell them we CAN do the booking unless anyone says I should do otherwise.
