I haven't been able to make any payments yet because I'm still waiting for some responses, so if that's you, could you please return the completed form asap, so that I can proceed on this? I shall have to ask some people for their bank details again, I'm afraid. I thought they were all stored in our account, but it seems as if they are only kept for a limited time. Makes sense, I guess. I'll let you know whose I need as soon as I can get going on making the payments. I need to calculate how much we can afford to subsidise and I need everyone's expenses before I can do that. Hopefully we'll be able to cover half of travel expenses but I need to be sure before I start paying out anything. NB we only subsidise taxis when no public transport is available, e.g. Bromyard on Sunday. If you drove, just tick the box and I'll try to come up with a suitable amount, probably equivalent to what the majority paid for public transport.
