To all those going to York!
Thank you to everyone who has confirmed, anyone who hasn't please do. I have contacted
the hall for some final details and will hopefully be booking next week. If you
haven't confirmed you won't get a spot, although I will contact people
individually after the weekend so don't panic!
Regarding trains:
Saturday morning at 8.00 from Kings Cross gets us in at 9.50 which should be enough time
to get to the first spot in the centre at 10.30, although I suggest people are ready in
kit etc.
Going home, the last spot is at 1oclock and there is nothing to say how long that will go
on for.
I'd say trains from 3 onwards, I was looking at the 15.52, getting in at 17.45 as this
gets us plenty of time to dance, see others dance, gather any stuff together and get to
the station.
Hope that all makes sense. I am now off again for the weekend in the middle of Cornwall so
will be essentially uncontactable. I will be back for practice on Monday though so can
answer questions then.
Committee members please forward any accommodation information that people would find
useful if it comes in before Monday.
Cheers all!Becky

Hi everyone,
I have booked those two trains (8:00 from Kings X and the 15:52 return). I booked specific
seats because quite often all the seats get booked up on the London-York trains and I
don't want to be left without one! I'll probably be slightly antisocial at 8am on
a Saturday anyway!
Unfortunately I am away this Monday (last minute family thing) but I'm trying to run
everything through in my head so I'm not too useless at next practice.

I've booked those trains too - cost a wopping £82.50. Ouch!
On the plus side, first class was cheaper than the standard rate on the way there...

Help I have just booked and spent £88.00 not noticing if the first class was cheaper. Glad
our accommodation is a cheaper variety.
