Hi all I'm off work sick, so won't be at practice tonight. Sorry for not giving more prior warning, I've only just felt OK enough to email. I've lost my voice, my nose & eyes are leaking continuously & I look like a bubonic plague victim - pasty, blotchy & sweaty. In fact if anyone watched Poldark last night I think I've got the dreaded 'Putrid Throat'. ;-) You may have heard me bragging before about how I never get ill.
