If its any use I could probably bring our netball bibs - no numbers just positions - but at least we could pin the numbers to those rather than people's clothes. Here's the plan for the evening: 7.15 - Ravens arrive, sort out the room and bring some water up from the kitchen (if there are any jugs available) 7.30 - Welcome from me and ask about levels of experience, split into groups 7.40 - ravens DERT dance 7.45 - stepping 7.55 - teaching 8.30 - break for cake (Nic and Sue), info on joining the team (mailing list from Nikki, money from Rachel), ravens dance 8.45 - teaching 9.15 - displays 9.30 - pub (and encourage people to join!) I want to plan to have 3 groups so that we can accommodate 6 - 15 people. If we have fewer than 6 we'll amalgamate the groups. These would be useful for marking out numbers when we display the dance. If not we can improvise with paper, a marker pen and safety pins!
