The venue is the Barns Hotel Bedford MK44 3SA, it's about a 10 minute taxi ride from Bedford Train Station or, if you're very organised, there are buses that get you pretty close. You are welcome to join us from 5pm, when a mini session will start in the hotel pub, after that we will be having ceilidh, 7:30-10 with dance spots for our rapper teams. There are plenty of rooms at the hotel, as well as alternative hotels in Bedford itself, there are also trains back to London until about 11.30 and they take just over an hour.
