Hi everyone We need to call an EGM to ratify a change in our constitution that would allow us to get a debit card. Under the terms of our current constitution we have to give 3 clear weeks' notice, so I'm proposing that we have a very short EGM during the break in our practice on 22nd February. Not ideal timing just before DERT, but hopefully it shouldn't involve much discussion at all. I've attached the current version of the constitution and another with my proposed changes highlighted. In order to keep discussion to the absolute minimum, could you please read the 2 documents carefully, consider the proposed changes and e-mail your thoughts/suggestions, if any, to the team? I hope if we can sort this in advance, we won't need any discussion on the 22nd. Cheers dears S x
