Oops! Bit of a major brain fart there with the dances. Thanks for spotting
that Becky! I meant to type jubilee, honest! :)

Hey all,
Re. The dancing during the day this will be, most likely, all jubilee as
there was no opportunity for Rachel to practice at 2 on Monday and hasn't
done very much of it in the past. Obviously you will all be together and if
she feels confident enough to give it a go then that's fine!
Have fun!

(And Simon's, I suppose)
Please could everyone meet at *Kings Cross at 1115* so that we can hand
out tickets and find our seats. See meeting point on the map below. I'll
get there early and will be standing somewhere in that area near the ticket
barriers/ticket office/ticket machine /oliver bonas.
The train leaves at 1135 and if anyone is not there in time, then I'm
afraid we will leave without you and you will need to sort yourself out on
the next train. (Rachel, obviously you've sorted yourself, so this doesn't
apply to you)
The train arrives at 1348, so if you would like lunch before then, it's
probably a good idea to take some with you.
When we arrive we'll go and check in to the Ibis (Leeds City Centre) -
10-15 minute walk. We'll then go and meet Thrales by 3pm (hopefully) in Mr
Foley's Ale House (LS1 5RG) - they are meeting from 2.30 so we could go
earlier. The key things is we will start dancing at 3.30 and then go on a
crawl to some (probably not all) of the following (Tom Richardson will be
our guide):
Cutherbert Broderick (LS1 3HJ)
Dry Dock (LS2 3AX)
Fenton
Pack Horse
Eldon
Library
These will take us towards the venue (The Faversham) where there will be
some dancing between 5 and 7pm. We will be dancing Picadilly and probably
Westerhope if everyone is happy with that (Rachel would be 2) during the
day and will then do a Picadilly in one of the interval spots at the
ceilidh with Katherine and Becky - I think Becky said that this will
probably be either at the start or about half an hour into the ceilidh.
Feel free to bring something else to wear - there's no need to wear kit
all evening for the ceilidh and disco, unless you really want to! :)
Sunday morning, we need to be out by 10 so will go and find somewhere to
have brunch then before catching the 1205 back to London. Might well be
'Spoons as there's one right outside the station...
See you at Kings Cross! (or on Monday if you're not coming)
Hope I haven't forgotten to mention anything vitally important!
Hannah
